Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings at Seaside Sports Stadium are considered confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment, as specified during the booking process. Management reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings if payment is not received within the required time.

2. Participant Responsibility

All participants must follow the rules and regulations of Seaside Sports Stadium. Any participant found engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike conduct may be removed from the premises without refund.

3. Facility Rules

Participants and guests are expected to:

  • Use the facilities responsibly and for their intended purpose.

  • Follow instructions from staff, referees, and event organizers.

  • Maintain cleanliness and dispose of trash properly.

  • Respect other participants, spectators, and staff.

Seaside Sports Stadium reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who violates facility policies.

4. Schedule Changes

Seaside Sports Stadium reserves the right to modify event schedules, venue assignments, or time slots due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made within the timeframe specified at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the stadium’s refund policy. Administrative or processing fees may apply.

6. Damage to Property

Any individual or team responsible for damage to stadium property, equipment, or facilities may be required to cover repair or replacement costs.

7. Personal Belongings

Participants and spectators are responsible for their personal belongings. Seaside Sports Stadium shall not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items within the premises.

8. Photography and Media

Seaside Sports Stadium may photograph or record events and activities for promotional, marketing, or documentation purposes. By participating in events at the stadium, participants grant permission for their image, likeness, or voice to be used in such materials.

9. Compliance with Waiver

All participants must agree to and sign the Accident Waiver and Release of Liability prior to participating in any athletic activity or event at Seaside Sports Stadium.

10. Agreement

By booking a facility, registering for an event, or participating in activities at Seaside Sports Stadium, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

 

Accident Waiver & Release of Liability

I acknowledge that this athletic event is an extreme test of a person’s physical and mental limits and carries with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. The risks include, but are not limited to: actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, spectators, coaches, event officials, event monitors, and/or event producers; lack of hydration; weather conditions; and other natural or environmental conditions. I hereby assume all risks associated with participating in this event.

I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently trained for participation in this event, and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.

I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability (AWRL) form will be used by my team as represented by me and Seaside Sports Stadium, together with the sponsors of the event in which my team and I may participate, and that it will govern our actions and responsibilities at said event.

In consideration of my application and permission for my team and me to participate in this event, I hereby act for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows:
(A) Waive, release, and discharge from any and all liability for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue to me, including while traveling to and from this event, Seaside Sports Stadium, and their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents, as well as event sponsors and event volunteers; and
(B) Indemnify and hold harmless all entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made by other individuals or entities as a result of my actions during this event.

I hereby consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed necessary in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this event.

My team and I understand that at this event or related activities we may be photographed or recorded by Seaside Sports Stadium personnel or third-party contractors. We agree to allow our photos, videos, or film likenesses to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and/or their assigns.

The team and all its stakeholders shall indemnify and hold harmless Seaside Sports Stadium and any of its third-party contractors from any and all claims, damages, expenses, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of such photographs or recordings, including but not limited to claims of invasion of privacy, defamation, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

This AWRL shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
