How do I book a field slot?
You may book through:
● Our Website
Booking is confirmed only after:
● Slot availability confirmation
● Required deposit payment
● Signed rental agreement (if required)
How far in advance can I book?
Bookings can be made:
● Up to 1–3 months in advance (subject to availability)
● Priority is given to recurring leagues and long-term renters
What are your available time slots?
Standard rental slots:
● Day: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
● Peak/Evening: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
(Custom times may be arranged upon request.)
Is there a minimum booking duration?
Yes:
● Minimum booking: 1 hour
● League or tournament bookings may require 2–3 hour blocks
Are walk-ins allowed?
Walk-ins are allowed only if slots are available.
We highly recommend advance booking to avoid conflicts.

What is included in the rental fee?
Field rental includes:
● Use of the football pitch
● Balls (2)
● Standard field lighting (for night slots)
● Goal posts (2)
● Basic use of team benches
● Access to restrooms
● On-site staff assistance
Available Add-ons:
● Training Bibs
● Cones
● Goals (if you need more than 2)
Is lighting included?
Yes, lighting is included during evening bookings unless otherwise specified.
Is the referee or event staff included?
No. Referees, marshals, medical staff, and tournament management are charged
separately unless part of a package.
Do you provide balls or training equipment?
Teams are required to bring their own balls and equipment unless pre-arranged.
Is parking included?
Yes, parking is available. Availability depends on event size.

Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 20,000.00 PHP deposit is required to secure your booking.
No deposit = No confirmed slot.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance must be paid:
● Before the scheduled event OR
● Upon arrival (for small bookings)
What payment methods are accepted?
● Cash
● Bank transfer
● GCash / Online payment (if applicable)
CANCELLATION POLICY
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation Time:
- 72+ hours before booking
- 48–72 hours
- Less than 48 hours
Refund Policy:
- Full refund or reschedule
- 50% refund or reschedule
- No refund
Refund processing may take 3–5 business days.
Can I reschedule instead of cancel?
Yes, subject to slot availability and must be requested at least 48 – 72 hours before
booking.
What happens in case of bad weather?
If the field is deemed unsafe:
● Booking may be rescheduled
● Or credited for future use
● Refunds subject to management approval

Are waivers required?
Yes. Players/Organizers/Team Managers may be required to sign liability waivers
before playing.
Are outside food and drinks allowed?
Please be advised that bringing of outside food is not allowed inside the main stadium premises to keep the area clean. Please consume your food before entering the stadium. Non-alcoholic drinks are allowed. Food vendors are available beside the stadium.
Is alcohol allowed?
Alcoholic drinks are prohibited inside the main stadium area.
Are spectators allowed?
Yes, within capacity limits. Large crowds must be declared in advance.
Who is responsible for damages?
The renting team or organizer is responsible for any damages to:

● Facilities
