Yes, lighting is included during evening bookings unless otherwise specified.

No. Referees, marshals, medical staff, and tournament management are charged
separately unless part of a package.

Teams are required to bring their own balls and equipment unless pre-arranged.

Yes, parking is available. Availability depends on event size.

Yes. A 20,000.00 PHP deposit is required to secure your booking.
No deposit = No confirmed slot.

The remaining balance must be paid:
● Before the scheduled event OR
● Upon arrival (for small bookings)

● Cash
● Bank transfer
● GCash / Online payment (if applicable)

Cancellation Time:

  • 72+ hours before booking
  • 48–72 hours
  • Less than 48 hours

Refund Policy:

  • Full refund or reschedule
  • 50% refund or reschedule
  • No refund

Alcoholic drinks are prohibited inside the main stadium area.
